Courses
Danish language courses
At Studieskolen you can attend Danish lessons either during the day or in the evening. New courses start at all levels every six weeks.
A day class is four times a week, usually from 8.30 to 12.00 or 12.00 to 15.30.
An evening class is two times a week, usually from 16.15 to 18.50, from 17.15 to 20.45 or from 19.00 to 21.35.
Each course is six weeks long. You will take a level test at the end of each course and a module test at the end of each module. The teacher can then assess whether you are ready to continue to the next level or whether you need to repeat the level. It is not possible to switch classes in the middle of a course, but it is possible to switch after the six week period.
Morning and evening courses are equally intensive and the duration is the same. The only exception is module one which takes six weeks during the day and twelve weeks in the evening.
Pronunciation courses
Studieskolen also offers classes focussed on pronunciation. You can only join these courses if you are already enrolled at Studieskolen. If you would like to sign up for a pronunciation class, please talk to your teacher.
Written skills
If you would like to sign up for a course focussed on written skills, please contact the student advisor for a placement test.
Exam preparation courses
Module 5 courses will prepare you for the Danish 3 Examination. The exam concludes module 5. The teacher will enter you for the exam when he/she assesses that you are able to pass the exam. Please contact the student advisor if you are a new student.
