Higher Education Examination
The Higher Education Examination concludes module 6 of Danish Education 3. This is the exam you need when you apply for higher education in Denmark.

Exam registration
If you are a student at Studieskolen, you will be entered for the Higher Education Examination in class by your teacher.
If you are not a student at Studieskolen, you can register for the Higher Education Exam by filling in the form below. At the same time, please pay the examination fee of DKK 1440 to Studieskolen by internet banking: reg.no. 5033 account no. 1343744. Your exam registration will be valid when Studieskolen has received your payment.

The exam
The exam consists of a written part, listening comprehension and an oral part.
The written exam is made up of a reading comprehension test and a written test. The reading comprehension test lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and is divided into three parts where the you have to answer questions based on a large amount of written material. In order to be able to read the material you will need a vast knowledge of Danish society. The written test lasts 3 hours. You have to write a written assignment on a given subject including an analysis.
The listening comprehension test lasts for 1 hour and is divided into two parts. You have to understand and extract information from an informative text which is read aloud.
The oral test lasts 30 minutes. You will be given three subjects 7 days before the oral exam, one of which is the subject of the oral examination.
The exam is marked according to the 7 point grading scale. An exam certificate is issued when all the tests that make up the exam have been completed.
